We believe that the relationship between a Nanny and a Family goes beyond just the interview and placement.  While many nanny agencies simply send curriculums,  we are childcare consultants who guide the Family in finding the most suitable solutions to their childcare needs.  We also advise Families on how to handle the details of day-to-day life with a Nanny. We provide on-going support to both Families and Nannies, mediating when necessary. Families and Nannies inevitably need some time to become acquainted on a professional and personal level with one another- therefore we make it a point to be on call for any concerns.  Our commitment to you is to provide unprecedented service not found with any other agency: an on-going, personal, supportive relationship that results in happy parents and happy children.

We understand that the prospect of leaving your children to someone new can be very daunting. Therefore, we make every effort to get to know our Families and to understand their specific concerns. This gives us more insight in finding appropriate Nanny Candidates.

We will discuss your search by telephone or email to learn the details of what you are looking for in a Nanny.  We will then send you profiles of potential Nanny Candidates that are the most qualified and suitable for your needs. All prospective Nanny Candidates will have been pre-screened through our highly exclusive vetting process.  We will specify their date of availability and expected salary.  Upon your review, you may choose to set up interviews with potential Candidates, either by telephone, Skype or in-person, location permitting. Upon a successful first interview, our clients may choose to invite candidates to meet them personally in the form of a interview/trial ,typically for 2-3 days.  Offers are typically made upon a successful meeting.

When you have chosen a Candidate we will provide a draft offer of employment that will specify all the terms of your offer to the Nanny to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion about the working relationship. Upon acceptance by the Candidate,  the Family should then formalize the agreement with an official contract in accordance with the laws and regulations of their city/canton/country of residence.  This is typically initiated after a defined successful trial period in the offer of employment (usually 2-4 weeks).

We will call to check up on the Family and follow up on any questions or concerns. We are always available to offer advice and guidance after placement.
